Offices Vivienne

This office project, rue Vivienne, is a rehabilitation of an existing building and takes place in the heart of the Bourse district of the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, opposite the Palais Brongniart.

Inside, the idea is to offer maximum flexibility to future occupants. The open-spaces are made up of large linear “all-height” furniture that replaces the partitions. Accompanied by large oak arches, they separate workspaces to more functional spaces.

The window frames are dressed in oak and brass and come to punctuate the facade on the rue Vivienne, playing on the contrast of the worked wood facing the rest of the white volumes.

Acoustic false ceilings incorporate specially designed luminaires, technical elements such as air conditioning are concealed in the circulation area, under a removable metal suspended ceiling.

Outside, the existing post-Haussmanian building is topped with a new crown, entirely dressed in blue stone from the Hainaut on the facade and the roof. It offers, with its rounded edges, a singular and massive volume pierced with regular openings, also dressed in brass. These new openings and the creation of an accessible terrace on the roof, now allow future occupants to enjoy a maximum of natural light and a panoramic view of the Place de la Bourse.
