Pastry Kanoun

The design for the Kanoun tea room was based on the owner’s desire to offer updated oriental pastries in a modern and refined environment.

In a newly built building in the heart of Paris, the Kanoun tearoom revisits the classical traditions of pastry by working with noble materials, from the marble counter to the gold engraved mirror.

The space is divided into three distinct areas: the sales space by the entrance, the tasting area with various types of seating and the open kitchen. All three spaces are visible from the street through the large glass tripartite facade.
