Logements Etienne Marcel

Built in the 18th century, this building at 47 rue Etienne Marcel has five floors and a basement. It was entirely rebuilt in the 80’s with the exception of its facade, which is classed as a historic monument. The building is composed around a central courtyard and comprises of 15 residential spaces taking up a total of 1330m2, as well as 485m2 of commercial spaces with a garage and storage space in the basement.

Studio Vincent Eschalier renovated the 15 residential spaces, updating the facade by replacing the road-facing windows, redoing the garden and creating a harmonious decor for the communal spaces.

Ranging in size from 2 to 7 rooms, each apartment has been rethought to optimise the space and functionality.
