From the moment you enter, the lobby—designed like a hotel reception—makes a strong impression with its solid concrete counter, created in collaboration with MVE-Collection. The ground floor features a restaurant, bar, and meeting rooms—modular spaces perfect for socialising or professional meetings.

A spa, fitness room, and yoga space in the basement complete the wellness offering. The offices, spread across the upper floors, combine noble materials and custom-made furniture, creating an environment that blurs the line between high-end hospitality and the workplace.
