In the heart of the 2nd arrondissment of Paris, the Vivienne project involved the renovation of an existing office building. An intervention between tradition and risk taking.

On the outside, the Haussmanian volume was preserved. On the crown, a Hainaut blue stone cladding covers the façade and roof, offering with its softened edges, a singular and massive volume pierced with regular openings. These allow future occupants to benefit from natural light and a panoramic view on the Place de la Bourse from the terraces now accessible.

Inside, the spaces are designed to facilitate the appropriation of volumes by the occupants, while favoring optimal comfort and high end finishes. We find brass on the window coverings, stone in the circulation and the omnipresence of light oak for the floor and the joinery.
