For this residential project, two spacious and bright houses were designed in the very heart of Parisian city life. The challenge was to build two single family homes on a small plot of land. From only 113 m2 and a very limited height, a feeling of space was created, plunging the inhabitants into the heart of the city.

The façade was sculpted to create many protrusions and large glass openings onto the boulevard, and thus break with the classical architecture of this major Parisian axis. The choice of materials contributes to this contrast: the stone lends a monumentality to both houses. One is covered with Sebastopol stone like the neighbouring Haussmannian buildings and the other with a greyish-blue Buxy Blue stone.
