The Studio is participating in a call for projects as part of the Métropole Grand Paris project: the transformation of a wasteland into a new district of offices, hotel and housing. The ambition of the project is the construction of three buildings in partnership with two other architectural firms. Our intervention is oriented towards a co-living building comprising: housing, common areas, coworking, sports grounds, lounges and kitchens, services… as well as a rooftop fitted out as a living space with bar and sports ground.
