This renovation of a 80 m² private apartment takes place in an old mansion in the 7th arrondissement of Paris.

This accommodation – in length – on the façade linear benefits from numerous skylights which are a real asset for the architect.

In agreement with the client, the atmosphere is minimalist, favoring light tones and the use of noble materials such as wood and terrazzo. The kitchen furniture is custom designed in a block of cut marble. The waxed concrete floor enhances the collection of furniture for the future occupant.
