This project, a few minutes from Place de la Bastille, is part of a rich and dense environment. Our wish was to find a balance in the integration of the building and the creation of a strong identity.

The facade deployed on three vertical volumes is punctuated by metal posts which amplify the building and echo the industrial past of the district. This rhythm is underlined by the use of curved glass on the facade which promotes the penetration of natural light into the workspaces.

The terrazzo base provides a raw appearance that contrasts the facade and anchors the building. A lot of attention is paid to the common spaces which are distinguished by a neat design and promotes exchange and well-being within the place. The garden and the planted rooftops offer convivial spaces from which one can enjoy the panoramic view of the Place de la Bastille and Paris.
